This piece was inspired by the impact Disney has had on my childhood. Because I’ve moved frequently due to my dad’s work, Walt Disney World always has been the place I’ve considered “home.”

I used acrylic paint because it allowed me to create both soft value changes like those in the sky and crisp details like those on the castle’s exterior.

In college, I hope to major in animation or graphic art/design so I can apply my artistic eye and love of creating in my future career.
