I wanted to raise awareness of slaughterhouses, how they operate, and how most of the meat is wasted while many animals suffer. I chose printmaking for the medium because of the way the work can be reproduced many times, preserving its original essence.
I plan to continue refining my skills in print, ceramics, and painting, both in high school classes and through extracurriculars.
