One summer, years ago, I trained as a bus driver. I was struck by the repetition of all the hulking school buses lined up in rows, in preparation for the coming school year.

My training has focused on both drawing and painting, and I have always combined these techniques in my work. I plan to continue building layered works of art, finding ways to explore and represent the spaces in which we live.
