Bobby sock trees of Yellowstone

I created this artwork using pen and ink. It’s one of my favorite mediums because it allows me to use multiple techniques to create different textures and images.

I’ve always liked to create art based on photos I’ve taken, and nature is a favorite subject. My model for this piece was a photo I took of “bobby sock” trees in Yellowstone National Park during a vacation trip.

I plan to keep improving my skills through high school art classes, and I hope to continue producing art as a hobby, or possibly as a freelance artist.
