EdWeek’s political blog Politics K-12 notes that the AFT is already running digital ads in New Hampshire: “in an effort to raise the profile of education issues in the 2016 primary.”
Alas, one of the teachers featured in the video above appears to use the word “literally” in a way that might not be considered entirely correct. Students may smile or sit up straight but they don’t “literally light up” when they understand a new concept or lesson — though I’m sure that there will soon be a wearable device or app that indicates some measure of cognitive activity in the near future.
Only a horrible, horrible person would note this, however.
